Marketing Cloud Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform functionality.
· Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns.
· Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
· Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Q Level Clearance with the Department of Energy
Desirable Skills:
· Proficiency in tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
