Salesforce Quality Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify and fix software defects and improve the quality of the Salesforce application and services.
· Analyze and understand Salesforce system requirements and features
· Design and execute detailed test plans and scenarios for intended functionalities
· Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or errors found during testing
· Perform manual testing of Salesforce application and services
· Execute automated testing using test automation tools and scripts
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during testing
· Work closely with the development team to ensure that the software meets the defined quality standards
· Verify the fixes of resolved bugs and ensure they function correctly without any side effects
· Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on the quality status of the project
· Perform regression testing when changes are made to the Salesforce system
· Contribute to the improvement of testing procedures and strategies
· Execute automated testing using test automation tools and scripts
